I am a Ph.D. graduate in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), am presently teaching and doing research at the Institute for Management and Planning Studies (IMPS) in Iran. My Ph.D. thesis has focused on the RVRP (Robust Vehicle Routing Problem) and its solution through metaheuristic methods and most of my research works have been on supply chain and logistics optimization. Recently, I have been involved in a research empirical project as the head about logistics port action plan using data science methods. I am interested in using Data Science in the following fields: Material handling, Facility design (warehouse, Logistics area, Yard, AS/RS), Information systems (Kanban, feeding line, ...), Logistics equipment (Crane, Forklift, Conveyer, Truck, AGV), SAP, Transportation systems, Hub Location, Routing, Logistics Park
